WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility

Wholesale accounts are available to approved businesses, boutiques, online retailers, and storefronts. JustBeautifulbyJB reserves the right to approve or deny any wholesale application at our discretion.

2. Minimum Order Requirements

  • Opening Order Minimum: $250

  • Reorder Minimum: $150

All orders must meet the minimum purchase requirement before processing.

3. Pricing

Wholesale pricing is confidential and intended only for approved wholesale partners. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Retailers may not advertise or sell JustBeautifulbyJB products below the suggested retail pricing without prior written approval.

4. Payment Terms

Full payment is required before orders are processed and shipped.

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Credit/Debit Cards

  • Shop Pay

  • PayPal

  • Approved invoicing methods

Orders will not ship until payment has been successfully received.

5. Shipping & Processing

Wholesale orders are typically processed within 7–14 business days unless otherwise stated.

Shipping timelines may vary during holidays, launches, promotions, or high-volume periods.

Once an order has shipped, JustBeautifulbyJB is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

6. Returns & Exchanges

All wholesale orders are final sale.

No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted unless items arrive damaged or defective.

Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery and must include:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • Description of the problem

7. Product Availability

Wholesale inventory is subject to availability. In rare cases, products may sell out before your order is fulfilled.

If an item becomes unavailable, we will notify you regarding possible substitutions, credits, or refunds.

8. Branding & Product Images

Approved retailers may use official JustBeautifulbyJB product photos for promotional purposes only.

Retailers may not alter logos, branding, or product imagery without written permission.

9. Online Marketplace Restrictions

Wholesale partners may not resell JustBeautifulbyJB products on third-party marketplaces including, but not limited to:

  • Amazon

  • Walmart Marketplace

  • Temu

  • Shein

  • eBay

  • TikTok Shop

without prior written approval from JustBeautifulbyJB.

10. Intellectual Property

All logos, product names, graphics, images, and branding remain the property of JustBeautifulbyJB.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or duplication is strictly prohibited.

11. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once production or processing has begun.

12. Limitation of Liability

JustBeautifulbyJB shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to wholesale purchases, delays, shipping issues, or product use.

13. Agreement

By placing a wholesale order with JustBeautifulbyJB, you acknowledge and agree to these Wholesale Terms & Conditions.

How do I apply for a wholesale account?

You can apply by contacting us through our website or wholesale inquiry form. Once reviewed, approved retailers will receive access to wholesale pricing and ordering information.

Do you have a minimum order quantity?

Yes. Opening wholesale orders require a $250 minimum purchase, and reorders require a $150 minimum.

How long does shipping take?

Wholesale orders generally ship within 7–14 business days. Processing times may increase during launches, holidays, or busy seasons.

Do you offer exclusive territory rights?

At this time, JustBeautifulbyJB does not guarantee territory exclusivity.

Can I sell JustBeautifulbyJB products online?

Yes, approved retailers may sell through their own website or storefront unless otherwise restricted in writing.

Can I sell on Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, or other marketplaces?

No. Selling on third-party marketplaces is prohibited without written approval from JustBeautifulbyJB.

Are wholesale orders refundable?

No. All wholesale purchases are final sale unless products arrive damaged or defective.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage so we can review the issue.

Do you provide marketing photos?

Yes. Approved retailers may use official JustBeautifulbyJB product photos and marketing materials for promotional purposes.
